These terms govern use of this website (“Site”). The Site is operated under Build ALONG The Way using the trading brand VJ Digital Growth Partner. Business address: 4th Floor, 18 St. Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UN.

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. These terms govern the public Site only. Paid client services are governed separately by the applicable proposal, Statement of Work and Client Terms of Business.

The Site and our services are principally intended for businesses and people acting in a professional or commercial capacity. Unless we expressly say otherwise, information on the Site is an invitation to discuss services and is not an offer capable of acceptance.

It is not tailored professional advice and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other regulated advice.

Nothing in these Website Terms limits or replaces liability separately agreed under a Client Agreement with us.
